* A photocopy of the players Birth Certificate is required for all those players who did not play in Oro last season.
* Proof of your current address and emergency green number will be required.

1. Payment in full at time of registration.
2. 2-post-dated schedules for June 1st, and August 15, 2010.
3. 1-post dated cheque for Sept15th, 2010 ($100.00 fund raising)
